Once my resume was circulated among the group, I was called into their offices to meet with three individuals currently working in the group: a director, a VP and an associate. The director and the associate were a 2 on 1 interview and the VP was a 1 on 1. Both interviews were half "get to know you" and the other half, technical. One week later I was invited back to have another 2 on 1 with the VP and director. This interview was a straight technical interview. One week following, I was brought back in to meet with the MD and another director. The MD interview was largely a "fit" interview and the director's interview was another technical.
