The process was super straightforward. Applied online with a skills test and online interview and a recruiter reached out to me over email to schedule a group zoom chat. Then had a zoom interview with three hiring managers. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and ambitious. Culture seemed to be very energizing. Mostly just basic behavioural questions such as resume walkthrough, name a time you were faced with injustice and what you did to overcome, what is your weakness, etc. Just practice getting all your answers perfect for these.
