What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First was a 25 min video interview with the recruiter. It was very easy - just general questions about background and interests in finance. Second was a 45 min video interview with two associates - it was also very easy, some behavioral questions and basic market and portfolio allocation questions. Definitely need to be up to date on present market events however no technical questions.
