Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with a group coffee chat with the recruiter, 3-4 people, very general just asking about interest in the firm and some basic behaviourals. I had a referral so pretty much the week after that was offered R1. Consisted of one 30 min interview which was a mix of techs and behavioural, as well as some market based questions (news, deal coverage, stock pitch etc.). A few days after that I was invited to super day (entire process was done in 2 weeks). Superday was one behavioural and one technical interview, an hour total. Everyone I spoke to was very genuine and nice
