Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round is a group coffee chat all behavior questions. Next is a first round that is a 2 on 1 interivew with a mix of behavior and technicals related to equities and fixed income. Superday is 3 interviews, a behaviour, technical, and panel where you pitch an investment idea. Brush up on fixed income knowledge for the superday and have a good 5 minute investment pitch ready for the panel interview.
