Please describe the interview / hiring process.
I first got the job posting for an unposted S&T intern position directly emailed to me from a recruiter I had met at an on-campus networking event. From thereon, I applied with a resume and cover letter, and immediately had to complete a hirevue interview. I then received a first-round video interview with 2 directors. I heard back about my results within 24 hours and was scheduled for a final round interview the next week. It consisted of three 30 minute interviews. 1 interview was a technical interview with a director, 1 interview was a behavioral interview with an HR rep, and finally 1 was a panel interview with 2 MDs and an HR rep. The culture was friendly and I felt that some of my interviews were very conversational.
