Applied online through LinkedIn, also had my resume pushed through to the NYC office through a contact I made in the Houston office. I was contacted within a couple weeks for a phone interview with an associate, then went in a couple weeks after that for an in-office interview. The in-office consisted of 1 on 1s with an analyst and both MDs individually.
After that it took them a very long time to get back to me, there was supposedly some issue with getting approval from corporate HQ in Toronto.
