Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Applied online then spoke to an Associate in one group that was more like a short 30 min conversation, mostly informally asked questions on fit and a market trend - pretty much for screening purposes. Then got a real first round interview with an MD and an Analyst.
MD was all fit and had a couple of warren buffett type questions and Analyst was all technical.
Overall, very pleasant to speak to, got a really pleasant vibe from their culture which came across very well for me. Definitely made me wish I could of done better to win the job and work with the type of people I interviewed with. Interview wasn't as pressured or intense as with other banks but still had very good questions.
