-Networked with Campus recruiter recruiting for retail/Canadian Banking positions.
-Applied through the scotiabank platform which consisted of the Plum test and the pre recorded one way interview.
-Group interview with the campus recruiter and other prospective students for different positions in the business line.
-Interview was more like a coffee chat to introduce ourselves, why we applied, education + activities, previous experiences, why scotiabank.
-One on one chat with the campus recruiter to prep for the interview with the manager.
-Interview with the manager and director.
-no technical interviews or test.
-Typical interview q's (tell me about yourself, why this role, previous experience, strength and weakness, situational questions (when and how did you deal with tough team member)).
-Got an offer within a week, accepted.
