What did the interview consist of?
1 on 1 Interview
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Started with HR phone screen which asked TMAY, why Scotiabank, why S&T. This was followed by a group interview whereby everyone discussed their technical skills in Python/VBA/SQL followed by a series of market-based questions. Final was a superday in person with 3 MDs back to back (30 min increments) asking a series of brain teasers (mental math), market views, and scenario questions.
