1 on 1 initial interview, followed by more 1 on 1's if you passed the initial screening.

Basic behavioural questions, one to do with a time that you demonstrated Integrity (this was a required question on all Scotia interviews, not sure if this is still the case). Technical questions included who the governor of the BoC was, what the overnight rate is, how demand for commodities in one country (ex. China) would affect the Canadian dollar, and I was also asked to give a hypothetical sales pitch to an oil & gas co that would convince them to use a product that hedges their exposure to the price of oil.
