Sales and Trading Summer Analyst

Applied online through OCR. I interviewed with the toronto office.

First round was similar to Skype, except you used different software. It was with 2 associates. Very basic behavourioal question. They didn't ask about why Scotia or S&T. It was more along the lines of:

how would you invest 10 m
how would you hedge your currency if you were to have a business in a different country
tell them about a time where you were result driven, showed integrity.

Superday was in the headquater. Your final round is only 30 minutes which is weird but its with 2 directors and 1 recruiter. It was awkward as fuck, like the bank scotia is. They ask questions from a booklet 1 by 1 and write notes down. Questions were about a time you were most proud, what do you bring differently, what appreciates a company's stock, what are your thoughts on the interest rate going on.
