What did the interview consist of?
Group Interview
Please describe the interview / hiring process.
Hiring process was very standard. Started with an info session and job posting on school job board. First round interview was very basic. Behavioural questions and basic market questions were asked. Second round included more in-depth market questions with senior members of the trading floor. Most of the interview felt like fit was more important rather than technical skills. Overall, very easy interview process.
