Please describe the interview / hiring process.
First round was a phone interview with two traders/salespeople. Was asked basic finance questions (how to hedge oil, how do CDS work, views on the industry)
Second round was dinner event with all the candidates. Talked with current employees and higher ups.
Final round was two roundtable interviews. You and 4/5 higher ups. Mainly fit interview, with some poking at your resume to see how you think about the markets.
