Please describe the interview / hiring process.
-Phone interview with recruiter
-Resume sent to team by recruiter
-Informal interview over breakfast with direct supervisor for position
-Formal interview about 2 weeks later. Consisted of:
-One on one prep with direct supervisor
-Rolling staff of interviewers (no direct peers, Directors, VPs, all within same technical unit)
-One on one interview with MD (last)
-Offer extended about one week later with one week reply expectation
-Resume sent to team by recruiter
