Group Interview
Interview
I originally applied on Handshake. After 2-3 weeks, I was contacted for an initial 1 on 1 interview. One week later, I was contacted for a final superday, consisting of three back-to-back 30-minute interviews with two MDs and the Deputy CFO. It was not at all technical, some questions about Excel, and how I manage projects. The vast majority of both interviews was about my experiences. Be very solid on behaviorals and your experience.
Interview Questions
In the final 30-minute interview of the superday, it was purely about project management. "Describe your workflow, how do you deal with unknown factors, etc." I had mentioned the projects I completed in Python and Excel, and she wanted to get a true sense of my proficiency. I did not expect this many questions, all focused on project management; I was running out of stories.

Interview
I coffee chatted many people after meeting a few at an on-campus recruiting event. I proceeded to send in my application, along with a referral. I was given an in-person super day in NYC with 3 rounds of interviews -- 2 behavioral, 1 technical. I liked that the culture seemed to be less hierarchical than other banks, as well as the international culture.
