After completing the online application you will get invitation to digital game assessment. If you pass the assessment, you get invited to complete their digital interview. 5 months after completion I got invited to the final stage, which is a super day consisted of 3 interviews in a day. The interviews are group exercise, HR interview, and business interview with a senior manager of the team you applied to. After 2-3 weeks they will release the offer, and final background check is held upon acceptance.

I applied online, the received an online games based assessment. I then received 2 online situational assessments, and then finally, an assessment centre.
Interview Questions
Nothing unexpected than standard banking questions. The assessment day questions were mostly behavioural and motivation, probably as I did not come from an econ/finance background. The most difficult technical included explaining the relationship between bond prices and yields, the relationship between interest rates and equities and describing the FX market, but that's as hard as it got.

3) HireVue Interview, general questions about role and SC. Nothing technical
4) AC, 3 interviews in person at their London offices. One business interview, one 30-minute presentation, and one 'reasoning' interview after a short time reading an exert making you choose between two investment opportunities.
HR were very kind and nice, and gave tour of offices as part of the AC as well as offerring food and drinks throughout the process.
