First introduced to Stout with in person coffee chats at my university. Then, coffee chatted with 3 more analysts.

followed by an HR screener by the lead HR rep

1st round interview with a junior and a senior, half behavioral and half technical, the technicals were on the easier side and leaned more toward the middle markets.

Superday was in Chicago, and the firm paid for your flight and hotel stay. It was 2 hours long, consisting of 4 sessions lasting 30 minutes each. 3/4 was behavorial and the other 1/4 was technical. Also hosted a networking event where I got to meet seniors and juniors at the firm, very warm and welcoming -- easy to chat to.
