Interview
I started with an online application. I was contacted by a recruiter 3 days later for an initial HR phone interview. This consisted mainly of around 10 behavioral questions. After the phone screen, I was scheduled for another phone call interview to test my personality. This was an hour of rapid fire situational questions. I passed the personality phone interview and was invited for final interviews at the Corporate offices. This consisted of three, 1-on-1, interviews, two, 2-on-1, and a final presentation. After a two days I was offered the role.

Everything from recruitment and interview day was very well organized and streamlined. During the day of the final interview, they led us on a facility tour which was very interesting. I think interviewers wanted to hear questions about the tour so keep that in mind. The culture was great from the onset and people were very friendly.
Interview Questions
I was asked a question about my facility tour and who gave the tour to the group.

Interview
I met with the head of M&A for the division I applied to. We had a 30 minute phone call, and he wanted to move me onto the next round. I had a 15 minute screening call with HR for formality reasons (corporate policy), and then took a personality test. The personality test was 90 minutes of asking situational questions such as, "Does everything have a place or is there a place for everything?" After results came in, I went for in-office interviews that consisted of 6 1-on-1 interviews with various people. I received an offer two days later.

Interview Questions
Most of the interviews were conversational with some people asking technicals. Most of the questions was seeing if I was a good fit with the team and culture. I was asked some technicals so they could get a gauge for my skill level. The also cared about by deal experience and financial modeling experience. Questions included:

1. Tell me about time that you had to meet someone in the middle.

2. Walk me through a DCF

3. Tell me how you calculate how many gasoline sales there are in the US

4. Why this company and industry? Long-term, big picture goals
