Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. Gave a quick elevator pitch for the company/role plus felt out my resume. Followed up with a link for some personality tests (Myers-Briggs plus some lesser knowns). Afterwards was invited to take a Phone Screen with an employee - talked through a quantitative problem (mainly wanted to see your reasoning). Super Day consisted of a group discussion, a technical problem you prepared beforehand, and a behavioural interview.
