Phone Interview

Please describe the interview / hiring process.

Reached out via email to set up a phone call with a client associate. The phone call was very conversational, I walked her through my resume and told her about where I am now. The associate told me about how their specific team is structured and their clientele. We then went on to talk about what we like to do during our free time and future goals. Ended the conversation knowing we weren't a good fit for each other.
