Interview
The hiring/interview process was fairly simple. For context, I applied to a UBS owned Boston-based PWM group, with a high AUM level and approx. 10 full time employees. I received a screening interview from an office individual, then my hiring/formal interview was conducted over Zoom with an actual advisor (somewhere in the middle of the food chain). Asked about my academic background, preparation for a role of PWM, gave me an overview of the tasks and then asked where I felt I could fit into those and where I felt I could grow. Pretty relaxed.
Interview Questions

- Attended a virtual UBS event via applying online.
- Reached out to the contacts from the virtual event who are involved in recruiting. Expressed my interest in the Summer Analyst role and asked if they would be available (in summary) to have a quick informational networking call.
- 1st round of interviews consisted of a Numerical Reasoning Test and a UBS Cultural Appraiser

- The UBS Cultural Appraiser Assessment consisted of giving you realistic, hypothetical work scenarios faced by current graduates, where
you are evaluated by UBS on how you’d react in those scenarios. (Approximately 25 minutes to complete)
- The UBS Numerical Reasoning Test will ask you to solve mathematical problems in business scenarios. (Approximately 15 questions where you must complete each timed question within the 60 seconds)

**I have not received a rejection email yet and I am still waiting to hear back if I will be selected for the next round of interviews.
