I applied to the company via linkedin and emailed someone at the firm to learn more about the position. I was then referred to the hiring associate for a first round interview.
First round interview was done via phone for 30 minutes.
People were nice to talk to and eager to discuss their position and culture. Culture seemed to be very tight knit at least within the analyst class.
