After submitting your application, in a couple of days there will be an email asking you to do an online assessment. It's like an intelligence test where they assess your numerical and verbal skills. After that, there will be some sort of HireVue-like interview where you have to answer questions related to your motivation and behavior.

Once you’ve finished that, around 2 weeks later, you will be contacted for a focus group discussion with around 4 other people. You are given a set of problems that you must discuss and solve together while using Excel (I believe this is to show your hard skills in data analytics).

Once you’ve finished that, the interviewers (there are 3) will go out of the room, then in about 10 minutes they will tell who will move on. After that, there’s an interview with them, but it feels more like a vibe check.
