3) Assessment centre- 30 min interview why this ruction, why Unilever. Case study (45 min prep and 15 min presentation with questions at the end). Group assignment-debating in a team.
Phone interview: What would you do ion your manager was on holiday but a task needed to be done for a customer?
During assessment centre you will be given a task to identify which product to put on the market and why too. So to answer I just had pros cons and opinion at the end. You will be asked to present your findings. After that there will be a group work.

- Invited to complete numerical test, pretty standard, provider is SHL.
- Invited to telephone interview. It took place about 1.5 months after submitting my online application. Telephone interview consisted of situational questions (have a look at their Standards of Leadership; they base their questions on each one of them), plus motivational questions (why Unilever) and questions about the role (what role do you think Finance plays at Unilever).
- On "Growth mindset": "Tell me about a time when you took initiative". They will then give you probing questions, for me it was "What would you have done differently?".
- On "Bias for action": "Tell me about a time when you had to make a difficult decision, and influenced others to take course". This is the one I had not prepared for, and it caught me off guard.

This one was tough because i didn't really have an answer about the chemistry portion of it. kind of bull shitted but eventually the guy just let me go through annd was like this is fine just go with it and roll with it i cant believe it. but it was dcent it was good. i diddn't have too many complatins but the chemistry did tick me off a little bit becuase it woucld have been easiero me than it was and i heard that other chemical engineers ahd a it a bit easier in the end
