Once you’ve finished that, around 2 weeks later, you will be contacted for a focus group discussion with around 4 other people. You are given a set of problems that you must discuss and solve together while using Excel (I believe this is to show your hard skills in data analytics).
Once you’ve finished that, the interviewers (there are 3) will go out of the room, then in about 10 minutes they will tell who will move on. After that, there’s an interview with them, but it feels more like a vibe check.
How would you approach this problem using data, and how would you determine which factor is actually driving the decline?
