Please describe the interview / hiring process.
The application process was easy. E-mailed contact on the company website and heard back from some VP. Office is difficult to find since it wasn't even on google map. The building directory was confusing too. The whole thing was a two round interview with 5-7 different people. Some of the same team members interviewed us twice.
The technical questions were basic and included a DCF walkthrough, calculation of CAPM, explaining how to comp out companies and talking about the price / yield relationship of a bond.
The other half of the interview was all fit. Tell me about yourself. Why this company? Why this department? How much are you willing to work? Do you want to do the CFA?
