I would say wear what you want. I am heading over from work so I will be business casual.

How timely are these events?
Not sure. This is the first one I will be attending/organizing. Hopefully everyone gets there around 7PM and I am sure it will run for a while.
With the obvious caveat of work not running over, I'm hoping to be there.
