Hey I just got sent on a last minute trip, would you or anyone else attending be interested in taking over as host. All you would need to do is be the person there who finds a spot or helps people find where everyone is.

I actually got called to a last minute trip as well - are we rescheduling? If not, unfortunately can't make it today.
It sounds like many may not make it out. Putting aside the event tonight, when would folks like the next event to occur?
The demand from those who couldn't make it tonight, and the energy from those who could, might boost attendance even if it doesn't occur long from now.
I definitely want to make it one of them. Had it on my calendar but we got unexpectedly busy (fortunately/unfortunately).
