I would like to know how common it is in the UK (don't care about other markets as I'm not in them) for non senior people (say semi junior to mid range investment staff) to be able to participate in carry in funds? Specifically credit funds if it makes a difference.
My firm is in the process of launching some new funds, some of which will have carry in them and I'd like to know what's market practice in the UK for carry participation for obvious reasons.
