offer choice to max return

GIC Singapore Portfolio execution - 1st applied research (trade optimization and quant stuff) then rotation in execution and balance sheet

UBS London Asset Management - Fundamental Equity (possible rotation and horizontal mobility )

Asian studyed in UK & EU; 2nd time doing summer internship in London so my main goal is to secure a good paid full time job.  I lived in UK but not singapore so its a bit more hustle to relocate there.

GIC is paying more but i heard low return rate and its not a program that they run every year. also its PE fund so execution is bit supporting role and a bit niche, i had S&T experience before. if i dont get a job i am not sure how much this experience can bring me any additional values; Also not lots of people heard of it although i assume its a good firm

UBS AM is paying less (also need to count in living cost and tax) and also have pressure of competing with offcycle intern to get into a full time position. Also I am not very sure if i can be good at fundamental research.

I think both have okish work life balance and culture. but again, my goal is to land in a full time job and be a bit settled in life (non stop moving between cities since young took a toll on me)

Please advice, really appreciate any insight and suggestions.
