I guess like little things like typos and not seeing behind the numbers to what they mean. Accidentally having stuff I’m working on come up in screenshares I know it’s only my 2nd month here but damn it’s tough.

Just keep showing up. The rest will work itself out. Attrition at the junior level is atrocious. Anyone you mess up in front of is likely to be gone im 6 months to a year and fucking up in front of seniors, as long as its internal and not in front of the client, can't be punished that badly because realistically they can't just start canning random analysts. Show up with a great attitude everyday, vibe with the other positive people around you and just keep at it.

It’s a vicious cycle, you make more mistakes, people notice and pay more attention to your work, they catch more mistakes. As long as you aren’t making the same ones again and again, eventually your work should be relatively free from errors. You will piss people off if you make repeated errors though. You are very new so I’m sure that the expectations aren’t too high for you yet. Don’t feel sorry for yourself, just keep trying to do better. Make a list of mistakes you make if it helps.
