Here's the annual discussion released for salaries. I can confirm a couple incorrect points on the site for undergrads: Deloitte S&O (deloitte as a whole) does not pay a performance bonus until two years later, also Strategy& does not pay 90k first year to undergrads, 75k +5k seems to be the norm. Let's get a discussion going, especially with all the talk that BCG/Deloitte are bumping salaries up for incoming hires.

Bain and McKinsey pay the exact same, including benefits like retirement. Bain is more cash heavy, McKinsey more retirement, but the overall number is equal.
is that before or after McK's recent pay raise?
