2023 Consulting Salaries ( Entry Level)

CANADIAN SALARY BREAKDOWN FOR NEW GRADUATE POSITIONS (in $CAD): 

• Big 4 Consulting Firms - $58-65k base with 10-15% bonus structure, no signing bonus
  • It should be noted that EY-P and Monitor Deloitte range is $65-$75k
• MBB - $90-110k base with 10-25% bonus structure, potential signing bonus 
• OW/Accenture - $80-100k base with 10-25% bonus structure, potential signing bonus 
• Boutique/Regional Consultancies (includes Capco, CGI, Charles River Associates, very small firms like Satov Consultants, etc.) - $70-85k base with 10-25% bonus structure, no signing bonus

General salary progression I've seen: 

From Big 4/Regional Consultancies -> ~$85k - $100k all-in after 1.5 years of experience (typical lateral position) 

I don't have too much information from OW/Accenture & MBB, but I have seen ~$130k all-in (movement of base from $100k to $115k).
