Accenture Strategy Summer Analyst or CapOne BA Intern?
Received internship offers for both places—Accenture Strat is $35/hour with overtime, CapOne is $51/hour. Obviously CapOne has better pay, but in terms of overall experience and potential FT/re-recruiting for MBB, I imagine Accenture Strat is better. Not sure which direction to go in.

Take Capital One. Great program and hours, super well respected by other consulting firms if you re recruit.

I did this internship program and re-recruited for MBB + T2 consulting. Got final rounds with 2 of MBB.
Following. How would Capital One be seen better for FT MBB recruitment next year over Accenture?
May slightly lean ACN strat (as work is more directly comparable) but can get to MBB from both.
Both would be relevant for recruitment, I'd choose based on which you're more interested in / would rather do if MBB doesn't work out
Both would re-recruit equally IMO, and as a company to stay at post-grad Cap1 seems like the easy choice. Used to work with lots of former BAs and all were very bright. Have not seen same quality out of current/former Acn people
