I believe all MBB firms are having two rounds of deadlines. Not sure about BCG but the other two firms are prioritizing full-time hires for the early July deadline and will do full-time + intern interviews during the Fall deadline. I would guess that BCG is also going to be interviewing for interns in the fall. You should be fine but I would reach out to someone at the firm by networking to double check.
