BCG Senior Associate Comp (lateral) 2022??
Anyone have data points on senior associate comp for lateral hires into BCG this year?
Hypothesis: Base: ~110k Per. Bonus: ~10-15% Profit Share: ~20% Signon: ~10-15k

Base is $130K, correct on performance bonus. I don’t think there’s profit sharing. Don’t know sign on, standard Associate is $10K.
base: 130
bonus: 12.5-25%
profit share: 5% of total comp (base+bonus) into your 401k
sign on: 5-10k (for entry level As, it's 5k)
relocation: ~5k (may be more or less depending on how far youre moving)
promo timeline: 12-24 months to post-MBA role; very few do it in 12 though, most at 18, some at 24

What's the TC for a second year associate? I know the base is 100k for first years, do they get a slight raise after year 1?
A2s get 103k base ("inflation adjustment" of 3%) with a raise to 130k at 21 months of tenure assuming you are on track to be promoted to post-MBA. bonus % is 12.5-25
Wow, so it's quite a steep comp increase when you go from 2nd year pre MBA to first year post MBA
