BCG vs McKinsey - London

Need to decide between BCG and McKinsey for an internship. For anyone who has worked at either of the two firms, both, or is just a neutral giving an outside perspective could you please answer:

1. Staffing models

a) Is the Mckinsey self-driven model stressful?

b) Have you regretted any of the staffing decisions you have made and wish early in your career you would have been guided by someone more experienced?

c) What type of people have excelled/crumbled within this?

d) How much say do you actually get at BCG?

e) Have you found the benefits of being staffed outweighed the costs?

2. Cultural differences

a) In practice I feel like I get on well with the people I've met from both firms, any advice on how to further validate which ones I fit best with?

3. Exits/Brand name differences

a) What are the actual differences in exit ops? I really do not care for the 'prestige' difference unless it actually translates into differences in exit ops, and have heard conflicting info on this topic.

4. Any other perks/benefits, industry expertise differences, etc.

Thanks!
