I have a Case Study interview with one of Big4 for their Canadian M&A teams. It would most probably be around Due Diligence and Post Merger Integration. Can someone please help me in preparation and guiding what type of cases should I expect. Interviewers are Sr. Manager and Manager from DD and PMI teams. Thank you.
