In regards to LSE vs Big 4 consulting, bschool opportunities for M7 will be decent if the rest of your profile checks out (likely better chances if you are a part of Deloitte S&O, Deloitte Monitor, Strategy&). Probably not H/S/W, but I'd say solid chances for the other schools.
Unlikely (not saying its impossible) to lateral to MBB/IB/PE.
