Blackrock Technology or PWC cybersecurity advisory (internship)

Please advise me thank you! I got an internship offer from Blackrock technology and and PWC cyber advisory and I am trying to pick the job that will be better for me in the long run and offer more opportunities. BlackRock pays 33 while PWC pays 38 an hour. I heard PWC gives more full time return offer but i am not so sure. I am also an international student and require sponsorship for full time. I know Blackrock is a good name company to have on resume. My background is not that technical and the role at blackrock seems very technical compared to PWC which seems to be more powerpoint related. Which should i choose? thank you!
