Can I earn £200k by 32 working in consulting?
I'm 24 and starting a strategy consulting (tier 2, not MBB) job next week in London. Would it be possible to achieve the above goal? If not in consulting, would it be possible to achieve it in Corporate Strategy at a big brand/VC (which is what Im thinking to exit into).
A Manager at LEK in London makes ~£190K in total, so if we assume you're a top bracket Manger you can hit £200K. Similar salaries are also seen for OW. Not sure about more senior roles at RB, but considering the Senior Consultant role (which is the 3rd level up) pays above £82K, I think in a 8-year timeframe £200K all in is possible.
How many YoE is that manager title at LEK. That number seems quite high.
It's the 5th level up, so certainly doable in 8 years.
Thanks for your comment
