Full-time offers for Kearney and Capital One, both as a business analyst in Chicago (ATK location is flexible).
Kearney is strategic operations practice.
The compensation is ~$18k greater with Cap1 and the hours are likely lower.
I'm under the impression that I will learn much more about a larger variety of topics in Kearney.
I'm leaning Kearney but interested in other perspectives as to how I can justify the pay gap.
