CAPCO (UK) - Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant ?
Hi all,
I am likely to have an interview with CAPCO next week. The HR said based on my experience, she will put me forward for a Senior Consultant role. Is there room for negotiation here after or during the interview process? I am fairly senior with 10+ yrs of relevant experience. The PC role would be more suitable.
How is the work culture at CAPCO? Work life balance? Its pretty chill where I am now (Industry), but its boring.
