Comp in London is very comparable across MBB and T2s for entry level, confirmed this with friends working at each. Base ranges between £40-50k and £5-10k bonus for entry level, with one of MBB skewing the high end (also heard the Deloitte re-org is going to bring Monitor pay down to match the rest of the business lines). Post-MBA is £75-90k base, £20-40k bonus with MBB taking the lead.

Not true in London, though maybe you're referring to the US. Albeit the difference is small, it exists: graduate level: M-3k-B-[5k]-B. Signing, relocation, and performance bonus may bring them closer or further apart.
