I just got accepted to the fourth round of the Deloitte recruitment process for a consulting role. This round involves a job immersion assessment. Little detail is provided regarding what exactly this assessment entails. Does anyone have any experience or insight regarding this?
How hard is it, and how many people usually fail after this round? In addition, what can be done for preparation?
