Does BCG use a tool to track its recruits across recruiting season/years?
I interviewed with BCG out of undergrad and didn't get an offer. However, I did make it to final rounds. If I apply again out of business school, is there some internal database that has my information in it, how my interviews went, if I got an offer, etc? Or would I be starting from scratch?
I know from friends that other firms have such tracking tools, so I'm particularly interested in BCG. Thanks for your help in advance guys!
