Drug Test at BCG or Bain?
I recently interviewed with Bain and BCG. I occassionally smoke weed. What are the chances I am going to get drug tested and if I am going to should I tell them before hand that I will fail for weed? Thanks!
You won't get tested before you get the offer. Why not just stop smoking for a bit and flush out your system?

Neither firm drug tests, at least in the U.S. offices.
Neither firm drug tests in the US. BUT--have seen a few very rare cases where a specific client will require the team to get drug tested. Rare enough that you shouldn't worry about it
