So i got an offer this year for a consultant job at a boutique consulting firm. Base is $70,000 with a signing bonus of $5000 in NY.
Can someone give me a reality check on how that is? Compared to others, it seems quite low.
Also, if i want my get my payment increased in the future. What are the options? It is for T&R department. Should I network and move out to a different firm in the future?
