HELP ME CHOOSE: EY Parthenon (SSG) vs Oliver Wyman

Hello everyone,

After wrapping up full-time consulting recruitment, I have two offers: EY Parthenon in their Software Strategy Group (SSG) and Oliver Wyman as a generalist, both in NYC. Post consulting, I am interested in PM roles at FAANG or investing roles in MM PE. Given my situation, which offer would you choose and why?

Thanks!

Both are great, congrats. All else equal, I'd go for OW just because it looks like EY is about to go through a restructuring as they split their consulting and audit businesses. Typically any sort of moves like that cause a bit of short term turbulence. Who knows how EY-P will be structured in a year or two or if it will look like it does today (not saying it can't be better than it is today, just that it's a bit of a known unknown)
