How does Oliver Wyman's acquisition of CR3 Partners affect recruitment?
CR3 Partners is a prominent firm in the restructuring consulting industry - with Oliver Wyman acquiring the firm, how does this affect recruitment? Will prospective interns have the chance to apply to Oliver Wyman's restructuring division, or is it closed off and full-time only? Is CR3 operating "independently?" What are the details on this, does anybody have the scoop?
All I know is that CR3 will cease to exist, in that it won’t be a separate brand anymore, it’ll be absorbed by OW.
Recruitment wise I believe they never had a formal recruiting process so I don’t think this upended very many peoples’ recruitment dreams. Am curious to see if OW will try to expand the team by having formal application processes or what.
Also I wouldn’t call them prominent, that’s being a bit too generous
